Mission
DESIGN
This includes the complete range of disciplines in the field of plumbing and heating engineering. These resources can be extended through a network of other professionals to undertake all sizes of projects from concept to operation.
ADVISORY
Surveys, inspections, feasibilities, reports and drawings of new and existing installations.
DESIGN
Development of outline drawings and budgets. Preparation of final designs, specifications and tender drawings.
ESTIMATING
Quantities and prices prepared from drawings, specifications or bills of quantities.
FINANCIAL CONTROL
Cost control, surveying duties, preparation of certificates, variations and final accounts.
MECHANICAL
We undertake the installation and maintenance of the full range of mechanical equipment.
HEATING SERVICES
Low, medium and high temperature hot water systems comprising: Boiler systems, both pressurised and open vented, with associated flue works. Heating pumps, pressurisation pumps, heating distribution metering.
PROCESS PIPEWORK
Gas, vapours, fluids and steam.
THERMAL INSULATION
Thermal insulation to all plant and pipework to Building Regulations, Water Byelaws and specific specified requirements.
WATER TREATMENT
Dosing pots, chemical cleaning/descaling and inhibitors. Air Eliminators and vacuum pump installations.
GAS
Gas detection and meters.
